JAK Hanson has a 28 day refund and/or exchange policy. You may returns goods for an exchange or refund providing it is within 28 days of purchase. You will need to bring a valid receipt of proof of purchase and the item must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and price ticket attached and in a re-saleable condition.
A refund will be made to the original payment method. If 28 days or more have passed since your purchase then we are unable to offer an exchange of refund.
Policy Exclusions
The following products are excluded from our refund/exchange policy and are therefore non refundable and cannot be exchanged for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty or not as described. Your statutory legal rights are not affected by this:-
- Pierced Earrings
- Swimwear
- Briefs
- Socks
- Hats
- Manicure sets
- Clearance items with a red line through the barcode
- Bedding, once it has been opened
