Refund & Exchange Policy

JAK Hanson offers a 28-day refund or exchange policy.

You may return goods for a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase, and the item must be returned:

  • in its original packaging

  • with all tags and price tickets attached

  • in a re-saleable condition

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

If 28 days or more have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Policy exclusions

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless they are faulty or not as described. Your statutory legal rights are not affected.

Excluded items include:

  • pierced earrings

  • swimwear

  • briefs

  • socks

  • hats

  • manicure sets

  • clearance items marked with a red line through the barcode

  • bedding, once opened
