Coach Driver & Group Organiser Incentives

CASH incentives - We offer the driver of the group a FREE meal voucher for the Paddock Restaurant for 1 hour or longer with 20+ passengers and £10 cash for 20+ staying for 1 and a half hours. The group organiser will receive a £5 JAK Hanson shopping voucher when part of a group of 14+. For groups of more than 20 the organiser will receive a £10 voucher. Vouchers valid on the day only. There are no restrictions on how many times you visit us. To make a group booking please contact our Group Travel Marketing Manager Simon Beddowes on 01257 786080. We offer a meet and greet service on arrival to ensure that your visit runs smoothly, and to explain all the facilities available during your visit. There are fantastic events and promotions for your groups throughout the year. There are also some great additional discount shopping vouchers for the party, valid on the day, giving up to 10% OFF participating brands.

Coach Facilities

You are advised to contact the Group Travel Marketing Manager, Simon Beddowes on 01257 786080 prior to your visit in order to make your visit as smooth as possible. Coach drivers should drop their passengers off at the store entrance where they will be met by a member of the team who will distribute appropriate store information, and ensure that visitors are made aware of store facilities. After dropping off the passengers, the coach should proceed to the FREE coach park, conveniently located at the rear of the store.

Coach Driver Information

If you have not booked in we can accommodate shopping stopovers, however if passengers require refreshments it is advisable you arrive before midday or after 2pm. Our onsite restaurant requires reservation bookings from 12pm - 2pm as this is their busy period, so we recommend if you require refreshments to avoid the 12pm - 2pm slot unless you have telephoned and booked at least 24 hours in advance.
